I’m Phoenyx, Dark Fantasy author and Twitch streamer.

My love for fantasy stories started with bedtime stories my grandfather told me about a wizard named Bumpy Bumpy in a world he made up as he went. In high school, I fell in love with Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan, The Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind, and The Runelords by David Farland.

Later, Kushiel’s Legacy by Jacqueline Carey, and The Black Jewels Trilogy by Anne Bishop were my comfort reads I returned to again and again.

My TBR pile is too long to count at this point, and most of the list are dark fantasy or “romantasy” novels. If it is rich with character design, worldbuilding, and twisty plot, it’s one I’ll love.
